VIManager's functions for condominium staff members are integral to ensuring transparency between all community members. Our features help Concierge and Security personnel with daily tasks such as keeping track of visitors and packages, to logging important information and occurences within the premises.
Package ManagementWhen parcels arrive at the front desk for residents/tenants, this function allows concierge to scan the barcode, log what has been delivered and notify a certain unit/suite to be picked up.
Visitor Sign-inHelps keep track of visitors coming in/out of your property. With options to enter their names, unit/suite they’re visiting, and the date and time.
Pass On LogThis function allows staff such as Concierge, Security, Service Staff and Management to create and follow requests while passing them on to the correct parties for fulfillment.
Incident ReportingAllows staff or residents to report any incidents that occur on the property. These reports are saved and logged with a description of what action was taken, and recommendations. With our Graphical Management Reporting function, Management will be able to sort through the log and communicate with Board Members.
Reservation BookingAllows Concierge, residents and/or tenants book facilities within the building, with a detailed view of availability, cost and policies. A Calendar View allows residents/tenants to easily see what is available.
Parking and Vehicle ManagementManage and enforce parking policies, while keeping records of both resident and visitor vehicles.
Event Journaling & ReportingThis function allows concierge to note any requests or activity on their shift to communicate to other staff and management.
Auto DialerThis allows Management, Security and Concierge to call a resident's listed phone number by just clicking a link.
